📸 Photo Upload & Crop Guide
Image Orientation
Upload your photo in landscape (horizontal) orientation for the best results. Portrait (vertical) photos can be used but may require cropping to fit the tumbler's wrap area. When you upload your image, the Uploadly tool will show you exactly how your photo fits — use the crop and zoom handles to adjust the framing before submitting.
Safe Zones & Text Placement
Keep faces, key subjects, and any text toward the center of your image, away from the top and bottom edges. A small margin along the top and bottom edges may be trimmed during production. If you want to add text (names, dates, quotes), make sure it sits well within the center band of the image — anything near the seam or edges may be less visible on the finished tumbler.
The Wrap Transition (Seam)
These tumblers feature a full 360° wrap, which means your image meets itself at a seam on the back of the tumbler. For the cleanest look, avoid placing important subjects or text near the very edges of your uploaded image, as those areas will meet at the seam. A simple background or a gradual fade at the edges makes the transition nearly invisible.
Preview Before You Submit
After uploading, use the preview in the upload tool to review your photo's placement and crop. What you see in the preview is a close representation of how your image will be positioned on the tumbler. Take a moment to zoom, reposition, or swap your photo before placing your order — changes cannot be made after the order is submitted.
Resolution & File Quality
For the sharpest print, upload the highest-resolution version of your photo — ideally at least 1500 × 1000 pixels. Small or heavily compressed images (such as screenshots or photos sent via text message) may print with visible blur or pixelation. If the upload tool flags your image as low resolution, try using the original photo from your camera roll instead.
Care Instructions
To protect your printed design, hand washing is recommended. Repeated dishwasher cycles can cause fading over time. Avoid abrasive scrubbers on the printed surface. With gentle care your tumbler will stay vibrant for everyday use.
